Dab Hand says: This image by Italian artist Marcello Corti features waltzing dancers on the floor of Blackpool’s Tower Ballroom. The Ballroom is part of the Blackpool Tower complex which was built in 1894. One of the original strict rules stipulated that “Gentlemen may not dance except with a lady”. Times are changing!
