Dab Hand says: This special RSPB portrait format puzzle features eight bird species that have gathered around a bird house to assess it’s suitability for nesting. A wren, great tit, gold finch and chaffinch together with a pair of robins and 3 blue tits are serious contenders while a thrush realises he has no chance of fitting in the hole. The jay perched on the fence clearly has more sinister intentions. An extra puzzle image is included in the box. The artist is Pollyanna Pickering.
