Dab Hand says: This aerial photographic scene shows Warwick Castle. Warwick enters recorded history in 914AD, when Aethelfled, King Alfred’s daughter, established a military fortification there. The present castle dates from the 14th century, although following fire damage the interior was rebuilt in the 17th and 18th centuries, and now overlooks grounds laid out by Capability Brown. The most famous occupant was Richard Neville, the 16th Earl of Warwick, known as “The Kingmaker” for his role in the Wars of the Roses. NB This is quite an old title from Gibsons but the puzzle is sealed new and unused in its original cellophane.
