Dab Hand says: This very special jigsaw was published to celebrate the 40th anniversary of the Apollo 11 moon landing. The Eagle lunar lander, carrying Neil Armstrong and Buzz Aldrin, landed on the Sea of Tranquillity on 20 July 1969. Armstrong was the first one out and his words “one small step for man, one giant leap for mankind” have gone down in history. This puzzle was a collector’s item when it was released in 2009. It is now extremely rare to find a brand new sealed copy available for sale. It would make an unusual gift for a science or space enthusiast.
